T.M.S. Cumbria will supply our customers with the necessary software free of charge.
In addition you will need two pieces of downloading equipment:-

| A Card reader for swiping the Driver card |  |

| and a downloading device which takes information from the vehicle unit |  |

We can supply these items to our customers at cost price.
On a regular basis (usually the same as you would normally send in your charts) each driver will insert his card into the card reader, which will be attached to your computer. The information will be read from his card within 20-30 seconds and shown on the screen of the computer via our software. The driver will be able to see the details of his duty for that period. The data will automatically be sent to our website with out any further input from yourselves. You should continue to send us your analogue charts as per usual. Our software will amalgamate your Digital Tacho data with any analogue charts you have submitted to provide you with a full record of the activities of the driver(s) regardless of the vehicle type of vehicle they have driven.
